Uptown Technical provides professional home maintenance services including but not limited to:

Service Standards
All services are performed by licensed and experienced technicians. We maintain high quality standards and follow UAE regulations and safety protocols to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Booking and Appointments
Appointment Scheduling
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or phone
- We provide same-day service subject to technician availability
- Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent repairs
- Confirmation will be sent via SMS or email within 2 hours of booking
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and service location
- Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
- Secure valuable items, cash, and jewelry during service visits
- Report any incidents, damage, or concerns within 12 hours of service completion
